Humans cannot think their way into feeling safe. They must physically feel safe in order to heal from trauma. Sometimes, the trauma never ends (CTSD) but there can be a place of temporary rest.

That is what we provide. A safe place. A place of rest and refuge. To feel safe. To feel contained and cared for, nurtured and secure.

Creating secure attachments in and around trauma is a essential for wholeness in individuals and communities.
